CHARM is a professional organization with the mission of optimizing student, trainee and clinician wellness.
VISION
To enhance the wellness of the health care professional workforce (its learners, trainees, and practitioners) and establish wellness as a standard priority of health care organizations and systems.

- Elevating and prioritizing the importance of student, trainee, educator and clinician wellness
- Advocating for a model that emphasizes the shared responsibility of the healthcare system to promote wellness in addition to the individual

CHARM: PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE
CHARM fosters physician and trainee wellness through wellness leader support. Our organization was developed out of a need for healthcare professionals to prioritize their own wellness, ultimately creating a more supportive and thriving healthcare system.
From developing the widely endorsed “Charter on Physician Well-Being” to hosting national courses and fostering ongoing learning communities, CHARM’s dedication to wellness is making a measurable difference.
